Description
Captain Holder conducted this certification course in conjunction with the Firefighter I/II class. Recruits learned defensive tactics for containing hazardous materials releases. The tactics included the construction of dams, dikes, and diversionary objects to slow the spread of a released material. Recruits also learned decontamination procedures for varying levels of hazards.
