Description
During this class, recruits were instructed on the raising, climbing and lowering of various types of ladders in use within the department. Over the course of two days, each recruit was given the opportunity to work with each ladder type extensively. Special consideration was given with regards to the wearing of PPE and SCBA due to bright sunlight and extremely high temperatures.
