Description
Deputy Chief McCarry orchestrated and supervised three scenarios using the facilities at the Arlington Fire Department Training Academy. The scenarios were an "inside" gas leak, house fire, and fire in a mid-rise commercial structure. Each included searching for victims and fire, advancing hoselines, and placing ground ladders. The mid-rise operation required advancing the highrise pack and operating from a leader line to the upper floors of the rappeling tower.
