Description
Attendees at the monthly training meeting were split into groups with one half of the participants engaging in EMS scenarios while the remainder of the group traveled to a donated residence for some practical firefighting exercises. Personnel were given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the new self-contained breathing apparatus through some basic activities such as the daily check, donning and doffing, and buddy breathing. Our thanks to the ACFD Fire Training Academy for loaning the SCBA for our training.
