Company 1's William Mlakar posthumously received the Arlington County Fire & Rescue Association's Lifetime Achievement Award. Here, Mr. Mlakar's family receives the award on his behalf. Bill had been a member of Company 1 for more than 20 years and had served as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors. He was also the long-time Secretary for the Arlington County Fire & Rescue Association. He will be deeply missed.
