This automobile accident occurred as a Fairfax County Police officer was responding through the City of Falls Church to an emergency call. The police cruiser struck another automobile as it traveled through the intersection of Route 7 and Route 29. The police cruiser came to rest on the sidewalk in front of 100 North Washington Street. The occupants of both vehicles sustained non-life threatening injuries.
