Attendees at the monthly training meeting were split into groups with one half of the participants engaging in EMS scenarios while the remainder of the group traveled to a donated residence for some practical firefighting exercises. Personnel were given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the new self-contained breathing apparatus through some basic activities such as the daily check, donning and doffing, and buddy breathing.
