Recruit Class XVII - Live Burn

The recruits culminated their training experience with a trip to a live fire training facility. This is part of the required curriculum for certification by the Virginia Department of Fire Programs. The City of Alexandria Fire Department routinely supports our training efforts through use of their training facility. Recruits completed fire behavior observation, fire attack, ventilation, ladder placement, and search evolutions throughout the day. |
