2002 Ambulance

This unit replaces a 1992 ambulance that had logged over 90,000 miles. The unit features an LED light package, rearview camera to assist the driver when backing, hydraulic lift to assist when changing the onboard oxygen cylinder, combination power locks to secure the patient compartment and medications, and touch pad controls for the auxiliary lighting. The chassis is a 2002 Freightliner FL60 Business Class with an air-ride suspension, power windows and locks, power and heated mirrors, and air-ride seats. The unit was purchased with funds obtained through the generous donations of the Greater Falls Church community. |
