Recruit Training - Ground Ladders
Recruits are taught the basic function and handling of fire service ground ladders during their Truck Company Indoctrination. Recruits began their training using basic single ladders at low heights to maintain a factor of safety during the exercises. They received instruction on proper climbing techniques, placement of ladders, and uses.
