Operation Enduring Claus 2002 Preparation
The Falls Church VFD spreads holiday cheer by decorating the reserve engine and cruising around the streets of the Greater Falls Church area each year. Santa sits atop his perch on the hosebed as volunteer firefighters and EMTs hand out candy canes and fire safety tips to all who come out to visit. Each year, the FCVFD hands out approximately 4,000 candy canes to the children.
